Vehicle signage

How long does a vehicle wrap last?

Cast vinyl wraps, installed properly, last 5 to 7 years outdoors in South East Queensland, longer if the vehicle is garaged. Calendered vinyl, used for short-term promotional wraps, lasts 1 to 3 years.

ProCloud runs cast vinyl on every full and partial wrap and quotes the vinyl grade on the job.

Can I wrap a vehicle in any colour?

Yes. Wrap vinyl comes in gloss, matte, satin, metallic, chrome, colour-shift and textured finishes in almost any colour.

Custom-printed wraps reproduce brand colours, gradients and photography, so send a Pantone or hex code with the brief.

Will a wrap damage the paint underneath?

No, not if the paint is sound and the wrap goes on properly prepped panels.

On removal a professional installer pulls the vinyl off without lifting the clear coat, and the wrap actually shields the panels from UV and light scratches for the life of the vinyl.

Do you wrap any make and model?

Utes, vans, trucks, cars, trailers and boats. Common jobs: Hilux, Ranger, D-Max, Triton, Navara, BT-50, Amarok, Hiace, Transit, Sprinter, Master and LDV.

If your model is not listed, ProCloud has almost certainly wrapped one before, so send it with the quote request.

How long does a wrap install take?

Single-vehicle wraps run 5 to 10 business days from artwork sign-off, of which the actual install is usually 1 to 3 days depending on coverage.

Fleet rollouts stage 2 to 4 vehicles at a time through the workshop, so you are never fully off the road.

Building signage

Do I need council approval for a shopfront sign?

Sometimes, depending on the local council, the tenancy, and whether the sign is illuminated. Strip-mall and shopping-centre tenancies usually have a design guideline in play as well.

ProCloud can flag the likely permit path before you commit to fabrication.

How much does a shopfront sign cost?

Anywhere from a few hundred dollars for a simple vinyl fascia decal up to five figures for a fully illuminated 3D letter facade with pylon signage. Materials, illumination, size and install access drive the number.

Ask for a measure-up and ProCloud quotes to the exact site.

What is the difference between LED, illuminated and 3D letter signs?

Illuminated signs are usually a lightbox with internal LEDs shining through a translucent face. LED signs can be programmable or static.

3D letter signs are individual dimensional letters (acrylic, metal or laminated) mounted to the wall, lit from behind (halo) or the front (face). ProCloud fabricates all three in-house.

Can you handle the fit-out signage alongside the shopfront?

Yes. Reception walls, wayfinding, office fit-out graphics, window signage and the shopfront can all be quoted in one project.

Sitting the whole build under one crew usually saves a week off the timeline versus splitting the work across suppliers.

Print and custom stickers

What sticker cut styles do you offer?

Die-cut (cut to the artwork shape), kiss-cut (cut on a backing sheet, easy to peel and share), roll labels (product labels on a continuous roll), plus vinyl and logo stickers in either style.

Runs go from single-figure sample sheets to five-figure orders for product brands.

Can I supply my own artwork for print?

Yes. If the file is print-ready (vector logo, correct colour profile, bleed and safe area sorted), the workshop prints straight off it.

If it needs cleaning up, the in-house design team fixes it first, and we flag any file issues before charging for anything.

What is the minimum order for business cards or flyers?

Business cards typically start at 250, with smaller runs available for a slight per-card premium. Flyers run from 100 upward on digital, or 500 upward on offset.

Send your exact quantity and turnaround and we quote to it.

Do you print in-house or send it out?

In-house. Business cards, flyers, banners, posters, brochures, booklets and sticker runs all print on ProCloud's own equipment at the Brendale workshop.

That keeps quality checks tight and shortens the turnaround.

Paint protection

What is the difference between ceramic coating and paint protection film?

Ceramic coating is a liquid chemical layer that cures into a hard, glossy finish, repelling water and resisting UV and chemical stains for 2 to 5 years depending on grade.

Paint protection film (PPF) is a clear polyurethane film physically applied over the paint for thicker impact and stone-chip protection.

Can I have both ceramic and PPF on the same vehicle?

Yes, and buyers often stack them for the best combined finish. PPF goes on first (front bumper, bonnet, mirrors, headlights are common), then ceramic coating layers over the top for the whole vehicle.

Ask for the Ceramic + PPF Cost Calculator or book them as a combined package.

Is ceramic coating worth it on a work vehicle?

Yes, if the vehicle cops UV, industrial dust, tree sap or bird droppings regularly. Ceramic makes cleaning faster and protects the wrap or paint underneath.

Book a wrap and a ceramic coating together and the finish shrugs off site conditions for years.

Do you install PPF on vehicles booked straight off the dealer floor?

Yes. Dealer-fresh vehicles are ideal for PPF because the paint is uncontaminated.

Book the appointment before you drive it too far, or bring it straight from the handover.

Pricing

How much does a vehicle wrap cost?

It comes down to vehicle size, coverage and vinyl grade.

Partial ute wraps typically start in the low thousands, full wraps in the mid four-figures, and full commercial vehicle wraps (Sprinters, Transits) in the mid to high four-figures.

The Vehicle Wrap Cost Calculator returns a range in about 60 seconds.

Do you offer fixed pricing or is everything a quote?

Small print jobs and standard sticker runs have list pricing.

Anything involving install, fabrication, custom design or fleet work is quoted per job, because vehicle size, materials and access move the price meaningfully. Every quote is itemised so you can see where the money goes.

Are quotes free?

Yes. Written quotes are free, whether the job is a simple sticker run or a full shopfront fabrication.

Some jobs (illuminated signage, pylon and monolith, larger fit-outs) need a site measure-up before the quote lands, and that step is free too.

Do you offer any packages or bundle discounts?

Yes, for jobs that combine multiple services. A vehicle wrap booked with a ceramic coating and PPF runs cheaper than the three quoted separately.

Same for a shopfront booked with matching fleet vehicle branding.

Turnaround

How fast can I get a wrap, sign or print job done?

It varies. Single-vehicle wraps typically run 5 to 10 business days from artwork sign-off.

Custom stickers ship in 3 to 7 business days. Business cards, flyers and standard print land in 3 to 5 business days.

Illuminated signs and pylon signage depend on permits and site access.

Do you offer rush jobs?

Yes, if the workshop schedule allows. Rush turnarounds carry a premium, and the account manager will confirm what is achievable before locking anything in.

Install and workshop

Where does the install happen?

Vehicle wraps get installed in the Brendale workshop, in the temperature and lighting the vinyl needs to lay flat. Shopfront and illuminated signs get installed on-site by the ProCloud crew.

Sticker runs and print jobs are picked up or delivered.

Do you subcontract any of the install work?

No. Every install runs through ProCloud's in-house crew.

The team who prints the vinyl or fabricates the sign is the team who fits it. Accountability sits with one crew, not a broker-to-installer chain.

Reviews

What is the ProCloud review score?

4.9 stars across 134 Google reviews on the ProCloud Creative Business Profile.

Above the average for signage and branding studios in South East Queensland, and the reason most new work still lands via referral rather than paid channels.

How can I leave a review?

Search "ProCloud Creative Brendale" on Google, open the Business Profile, and use the "Write a review" button. New reviews get read by the account manager and flagged in the workshop.

Areas covered

Where does ProCloud service?

The Brendale workshop covers Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast, the Gold Coast, Ipswich and Logan for install work.

Common install suburbs include Brendale, Strathpine, Chermside, Redcliffe, Caboolture, Kedron, Newstead, Fortitude Valley, Mount Gravatt and Springwood.

Print, sticker and small vehicle jobs can ship or be picked up nationally.

Do you travel outside South East Queensland for install?

For larger projects (multi-site shopfront rollouts, large fleet installs) yes, quoted per job. Smaller install work usually stays inside the standard service radius so turnaround and follow-up stay tight.
