FAQs

It depends on the job. A single-vehicle wrap on a known model usually runs 5 to 10 business days from artwork sign-off. A shopfront varies with permits and site access. Print and sticker runs typically ship in 3 to 7 business days. ProCloud quotes a target date on every job once the design is signed off.

Yes, before print or fabrication starts. Revisions during the proof stage are expected and priced into the design step. Changes after sign-off, once vinyl is printed or fabrication is under way, either delay the target date or add cost, depending on how far the job has run. The account manager will flag the impact in writing before anything shifts.

Vehicle wraps get installed in the Brendale workshop, in controlled temperature and lighting. Shopfront signage, illuminated signs, pylon and monolith work and civil signage are installed on-site by the ProCloud crew. Sticker and print runs get picked up or delivered.

No. Design, print, fabrication and install all happen through ProCloud staff at the Brendale workshop. Buyers get one team across the whole job, not a broker handing the vinyl or the install to a third party.

The same six steps run once for the master artwork, then the print and install stages repeat for each vehicle. ProCloud stages the rollout so you are never off the road all at once, which usually means two to four utes or vans at a time through the workshop.

Call or email the account manager. Because the install crew is in-house, the same team who fitted the job comes back to check it. Panels lifting, LED modules failing inside the warranty window, or vinyl edges that need re-tacking all sit under the same call.
