Fleet Signage BrisbaneOne Design, Every Vehicle, Staged So You Stay On The Road
Get every ute, van and truck in the fleet reading as one brand, without pulling the whole fleet off the road to do it.
The short version
That is what fleet signage brisbane operators come to ProCloud for.
One design system, one point of contact from artwork through to the last vehicle out the workshop, and an install staged so vehicles keep earning while it runs.
ProCloud specs the artwork once, prints for the whole fleet at once, then rolls the install across every vehicle in the group. Common jobs run 5 to 50 vehicles across mixed body styles.
Utes, vans, trailers, box trucks and prime movers, all on the same design system. 30 years fitting signage on Brisbane work vehicles.
The same in-house crew from print to install. 4.9 stars across 134 Google reviews.
Workshop at Unit 10, 193 South Pine Road, Brendale.

Fleet branding, start to finish
One approved design lands the same logo, colour, tagline and phone number on a Hilux tray, a
Hiace side panel and a Kenworth prime mover.
Every fleet signage brisbane job starts with a design system, not a single artwork file. ProCloud maps every panel on every vehicle at the artwork stage.
Doors, tailgate, side panels, rear doors, box sides, canopy, trailer sides.
Where a panel does not exist on a given vehicle, the design system falls back to a simpler layout so nothing looks half-done.
Print and install then run in one batch. The vinyl for the whole fleet gets printed and cut in the workshop before any vehicle books in, so you are never waiting on materials halfway through the rollout.
Staged installs, fleet stays rolling
Keep the trucks earning while the fleet gets branded, two or three vehicles off the road at a time, not the whole yard.
The hardest part of a fleet rollout is not the vinyl. It is keeping vehicles working while the install runs.
ProCloud builds the schedule with the fleet manager, pulls two or three vehicles at a time, fits them, and puts them back before the next batch comes in.
Most rollouts finish in two to three weeks depending on fleet size and body-style mix.
For urgent jobs, we run night and weekend shifts out of the Brendale workshop. You bring the vehicle in after last drop, pick it up before first run.

Why buyers keep booking fleet work
Fleet vinyl that still looks sharp at 200,000 kilometres comes down to three things: the vinyl grade, the install standard and the aftercare.
ProCloud uses cast vinyl rated 5 to 7 years outdoors in Australian conditions, laminated where the panels are printed.
The install crew is in-house, out of the Brendale workshop, so the team that prints the vinyl is the same team that fits it.
Fleet accounts get a named contact for the life of the account. Add a vehicle six months later and one email brings up the artwork on file, quoted at the same per-vehicle price.
Recent Google reviews cover multi-vehicle rollouts across Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Ipswich. 4.9 stars across 134 reviews sits above the market average for signage and branding studios in South East Queensland.
How a fleet branding job runs
Book a call and we take the fleet list, body-style mix, timeline and any existing brand assets, then come back with a fixed per-vehicle price.
That quote includes a design system in artwork and a proposed install schedule. Once the design system is signed off, print runs in one batch.
Vehicles then book in two or three at a time on the schedule the fleet manager sets. Each vehicle gets a QA sign-off before it drives out.
Aftercare is included. If a panel lifts on any vehicle inside the manufacturer warranty window, the install crew replaces it at the Brendale workshop.

FAQs
Fleet signage is quoted per vehicle, based on body style, coverage type (lettering, graphics, partial wrap or full wrap) and total vehicle count. Bigger fleets attract a lower per-vehicle rate because print and setup costs share across the batch. Use the Fleet Signage Estimator for a working range, or send the vehicle list for a fixed quote.
Most rollouts finish in two to three weeks. Print for the whole fleet happens in one batch, then vehicles book in two or three at a time so you stay on the road. Rollouts over 30 vehicles or with heavy design work may run four to six weeks.
Yes. Most ProCloud fleet jobs mix utes, vans, trailers and trucks under one design system, which falls back to a simpler layout on smaller vehicles so nothing looks half-done. Prime movers, box trucks and refrigerated bodies are all in scope.
Yes. Fleet accounts get a named contact and the artwork on file. Add a new vehicle or replace an existing one, and one email brings the artwork back up, quoted at the same per-vehicle price.
The Brendale workshop is the main install site. For fleets based in Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast or the Sunshine Coast, ProCloud can also arrange mobile install crews on site, subject to job size and scheduling.
Fleet accounts get a named contact for the life of the account. Same person from artwork through to install, and the same person you email when you add a vehicle later.
