Office Signage in Brisbane · Room, Wayfinding and Staff Signs for Corporate Fit-Outs

Turn a bare corporate floor into a space that reads as intentional.

The short version

ProCloud Creative designs, prints and installs custom office signage for Brisbane offices, coworking spaces, professional firms and corporate head offices.

Room signs, meeting-room plates, wayfinding, staff walls and brand feature installs, all built at the Brendale workshop. Post-fit-out, generic white walls make even a new office feel temporary.

The office signage brisbane facilities and HR teams install fixes that: it labels the rooms, brands the corridors and makes the floor feel owned. 30 years of signage work in Brisbane.

What office signage covers

Most offices want a mix, and we design the whole suite so it reads as one system, not eight different fonts and colours.

The office signs brisbane facilities managers, HR teams and fit-out contractors book usually span a suite:

One brief, one brand system, one install. That is the whole point of buying the suite together.

Reception signage. The brand-front sign in the lobby. Covered in detail on the reception signage page.

Meeting-room and office-door plates. Room name, capacity, availability. Acrylic, metal, magnetic or vinyl.

Wayfinding signage. Corridor and floor-level signs pointing to meeting rooms, breakout areas, kitchens, bathrooms and exits.

Brand walls. Feature installs with logo, values or mission on a corridor wall or reception feature.

Staff hall of fame. Interchangeable staff photo walls, team-of-the-month or long-service walls.

Health, safety and compliance signs. WHS notices, first aid, emergency and exit signs.

When to book office signage

Brief it 4 to 6 weeks out from the fit-out handover date, and signs are on the wall by opening day.

That window gives the designers, workshop and install crew room to coordinate around the trades.

Common reasons a business books an office signage rollout:

If you are running a live office, install is planned around trading hours to keep disruption low.

New fit-out or relocation. New premises, no signage in place.

Rebrand. Existing signage has to come down, new suite has to go up.

Growth. Adding meeting rooms, new departments or new floors.

Cultural push. Values, mission or team feature walls added to make the space feel more owned.

Why office signage buyers pick us

Office signage rollouts fail in two places: consistency and install timing.

Different fonts, materials and mount heights make a floor look assembled by three separate suppliers. Late install pushes the launch.

We design the whole office signage suite from one brief. Every sign uses the same brand type, same colour reference and same mount method.

The install crew fits the suite in one visit rather than staged returns.

Facilities managers and HR teams get one supplier, one point of contact, one price and one install date. Fit-out contractors get a signage supplier who reads architect drawings and does not need daily chasing.

What customers say

★★★★★
We regularly use this signwriter for our company vans to apply and remove stickers, and we've never had any issues. As a former car detailer, I’ve dealt with various signwriters who often did a subpar job. Having removed numerous stickers from vans myself, I can attest to the superior quality of this company’s work. Their attention to detail is impeccable, especially when removing old stickers. When they apply new signage, they wrap it expertly, extending over the edges and into the door cracks, rather then creating sharp edges like other companies. This method results in a much cleaner and more professional appearence. We highly recommend their services for anyone needing vehicle signage.

In starting a new and my first own small business I went to see these guys for (with hindsight) was a very simple and plain boring request. But what they ended up doing for me is nothing short of fantastic. The design they came up with suits my business exactly. I will definitely use and recommend ProCloud again to anyone I know
